Pros: I was sceptical about this company and product. I have been proved wrong... product was delivered ahead of promised time by one day... great quality, and fantastic customer service.I will be back :-)

Pros: Great product, handy size, easy one-hand operation, very effective. Very fast, efficient delivery - only just over a week to UK, including Easter holiday weekend! Fantastic value for the price.
Cons: Safety-catch is a bit fiddly (a very minor niggle, but I, having quite big, clumsy fingers, would have preferred a trigger arrangement)
Other Thoughts: Considering the size, ease of use, effectiveness and price, I am definitely going to buy again.
Bottomline: Small, very effective and easy to use. I would consider this to be an essential pocket/handbag/purse item for any teenage girl - I certainly intend to buy some for my daughters!

Cons: a bit smaller then i thought.

Pros: very cheap for what you get! Fantastic product
Cons: don't try it on your self!
Other Thoughts: very potent, do NOT try in your own home.
Bottomline: well I'm going to be purchasing more, fantastic self defence product.
