I'm happy with the product and delivery time. It cost me under $7 to use it as power bank for my S3 lte and other smartphones. I'm using it with 18650 from my more than 7 years old laptop battery. The built quality is fine but it does the job that supposed to be. The battery recharging time is also not bad. It only takes 4 to 5 hrs to charge 4 x 2400mah batteries.
Overall, I'm happy with the product. ;)

Замечательный прибор для тех, кому нужна гарантированная подпитка современных прожорливых девайсов (планшетов, мобильников и пр.). В комплект не входят элементы питания, но это и к лучшему, так как платить вы будете отдельно именно за те батарейки, которые выберете. Дизайн у прибора не гламурный и не "био", а чисто функциональный (для меня это плюс). Я разобрал аккумулятор от ноутбука, который выдавал проблему зарядки. "Банки" в нем оказались живые и с полным зарядом (видно, проблема была с контроллером). Поэтому итоговая сумма для меня не стала слишком высокой. К заряднику не прилагается никакой инструкции, и это значительный минус, так как мне пришлось погуглить малость, чтобы поискать отзывы обладателей подобного прибора. Оказывается, после установки элементов питания необходимо нажать специальную кнопочку на плате. В общем, покупкой пока очень доволен. Понаблюдаем, сколько она прослужит в режиме периодического не слишком частого использования.

It took 15 days to get the charger to me in Michigan USA, Not bad! I used batteries that were sitting in a laptop battery pack for about 8 years and the pack was dead. They worked perfect.
Without a manual it is a little confusing to use so here is my version of a manual for this AWESOME little charger.
I am extremely impressed and happy with this unit and i would recommend it to ANYONE! Great for Camping, Survival, Boating, Travel, Vacations, GPS geocaching, SHTF, Prepping and anyone who needs to be able to charge a USB device or devices many times on one charge.
